Issued in a jewel case with clear tray, 4-page booklet, 12-page folded insert with liner notes in Japanese and lyrics in English, obi-strip included.
Despite that characters "SHM-CD" are printed on the CD around the mounting hole, the CD isn't SHM-CD.
