When comparing the original Japanese disc to the counterfeit Russian disc it shows that:
• the matrix of the Japanese disc looks like a dark colored ring, while the matrix of the Russian disc is light colored and perfectly readable;
• the Japanese disc carries the Virgin Japan logo on the label, while the Russian disc carries the Virgin Records logo.
