Tracks 1-10 were originally issued as Merciful Release #337 (3/85). This 2006 remaster contains the original 1985 mix of the album as issued, which has never previously been available on CD.

Tracks 11 & 12 were originally issued as B-sides of Walk Away / Poison Door (Merciful Release MR 033(T) [booklet wrongly states "MR 330(T)"] (10/84).

Tracks 13 & 14 were originally issued as the B-sides of No Time To Cry (Merciful Release MR 335(T) (2/85).

Track 15 was originally issued as a free flexi-disc with initial quantities of MR 033; Walk Away / Poison Door. [Booklet wrongly states "MR 330"]. It was subsequently issued in 1988 as the B-side of Lucretia My Reflection (Merciful Release MR 45T).

Track 16 is a previously unissued out-take from the First And Last And Always sessions.

This compact disc reissue is packaged in a Digipak (clear tray) and contains a 16-page multi-color staple-bound booklet that contains graphics, liner notes, and album credits.
